Jakob Tunebro offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases of The Stereotype: State Line. If you are not satisfied with the Full Game Unlock or the After Hours 21+ Expansion, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or contact us and we will pass the request on. Paddle handles all billing enquiries and returns.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is issued, the unlock it covers is removed from your account and that content returns to its locked state. Any other unlock you still own remains active. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
